Get Your Company Listed in Our GCC Provider Directory

If your company helps online sellers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE or the wider GCC, you can ask to be listed in our directory for free. Send your details with the form below. We research every company ourselves, and nobody can pay to be listed or to rank higher.

Key takeaways
  • Listing is free. Nobody pays to be included or to rank higher.
  • We research every company ourselves before it goes in the directory.
  • Our guides and directory are published in English, Arabic and Chinese, so sellers can find you in their own language.
  • Already listed? Use the same form to send corrections or updates.

Sellers come to us when they're getting ready to launch in Saudi Arabia, the UAE or the wider Gulf. Many of them need a forwarder, a 3PL, a payment gateway or an agency, and they don't know where to start.

If your company does that work, we'd like to hear from you.

Getting listed in our service provider directory is free. Already listed? You can use the same form to send us updates.

Why list your company with us?

Our readers are online sellers planning or growing a Gulf business. They read our guides to decide how to launch, then use the directory to build a shortlist.

Here's what a listing gives you:

  • Sellers at the planning stage: readers find the directory while working out how to ship, store, get paid and sell in the region.
  • Three languages: our guides and directory are published in English, Arabic and Chinese, so a Gulf founder, a European brand and a Chinese factory can all find you.
  • The right context: each listing sits in its own category and links from the guides that explain when a seller needs that service.
  • A fair setting: every company in a category is described the same neutral way, so sellers compare you on what you actually offer.

How listing works

Listing is free, and it's based on our own research. Nobody can pay to be included or to appear higher in a category.

Here's the process from your side:

  1. 1

    Send your details

Fill in the form below with your website, main category and the GCC countries you serve.

  2. 2

    We research your company

We check your website and public information to confirm you're active and clear about what you offer ecommerce sellers.

  3. 3

    We write the listing

If you fit, we add a neutral listing that covers your services and coverage. Your own claims are attributed to your company.

  4. 4

    We keep it fresh

Each listing shows the date we last checked it. Send updates any time, and we remove companies that stop operating.

The full criteria are set out in how we evaluate service providers.

What details to send

The more we can confirm, the easier it is to describe you accurately. Please include:

  • Your website: the page that best describes your ecommerce services.
  • Your main category: freight, customs, 3PL, payments, company setup, an agency and so on.
  • Countries you serve: which GCC countries you cover with your own team, and where you work through partners.
  • Who you work with: the size of seller you suit best, the product categories you handle and whether you take on clients from abroad.
  • Pricing, if public: a link to published rates or a typical starting price helps sellers judge fit quickly.
  • For updates: the link to your current listing and exactly what should change.

Apply to be listed or update your listing

Use the form for new listings, corrections and removal requests. If you serve several categories, pick your main one and add the rest in the message box.

Want to see how sellers use the directory before you apply? Our guide to which providers you need walks through it. If you have a question that isn't about a listing, our contact page is the place.

Frequently asked questions

No. We list real, active companies with a clear offer for ecommerce sellers in the GCC. If your company doesn't fit a category yet, or we can't confirm the details, we may hold off and look again later.
