- Noon creates a statement every Wednesday and pays it on the following Thursday in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
- You're paid weekly once your balance hits SAR/AED 1,000. Balances of 50–1,000 roll over and are paid monthly.
- Commission, FBN fees, storage, ads, VAT on fees and returns all come off before the money moves.
- Cash reaches your account within about 11 days of delivery, against roughly three weeks on Amazon's 14-day cycle.
- Global Store and noon Global Shipping sellers are paid in USD.
Noon pays sellers every week.
It builds a statement every Wednesday, covering the orders delivered in that period minus returns and fees. It then pays that statement on the following Thursday, as long as your balance is at least SAR/AED 1,000.
That's one of the fastest payout cycles of any big Gulf marketplace. It means your stock turns back into cash quickly, so you can reorder and grow without waiting a month.
Below, you'll see the exact payout week, what comes off each statement, a worked example in riyals and how to plan your cash flow around it.
How noon's payout schedule works
Noon runs on a simple weekly rhythm. Orders count once they're delivered, statements close on Wednesday and money leaves on Thursday.
Here's what a normal payout week looks like for a seller in Riyadh or Dubai:
- Through the weekOrders are delivered
Each order joins your next statement once the shopper receives it. Orders still on the road wait for the following one.
- WednesdayStatement is generated
Seller Lab shows the period's delivered sales, minus returns, commission, fulfilment, storage, ads and other charges.
- ThursdayNoon sends the payment
If your balance is SAR/AED 1,000 or more, noon transfers it to your company bank account.
- 1–2 business days laterMoney lands in your account
Local transfers take 1–2 business days. International transfers take 3–5.
One local detail matters here. Saudi banks close on Friday and Saturday, and UAE banks on Saturday and Sunday. So a Thursday payment usually lands on Sunday or Monday in Riyadh, and on Friday or Monday in Dubai.
Egypt runs on the same weekly cycle but pays on Tuesday, with a much lower EGP 50 threshold.
How much do you need to get paid weekly?
Your balance on the statement decides when the money moves. Here are the three bands for Saudi Arabia and the UAE:
| Statement balance | What happens |
|---|---|
| SAR/AED 1,000 or more | Paid on the following Thursday, every week |
| SAR/AED 50 to 1,000 | Rolled forward and paid once a month |
| SAR/AED 50 or less | Held until your balance grows |
For example, a new seller who clears SAR 600 in their first week won't see a Thursday transfer. That SAR 600 rolls forward. If next week's statement adds SAR 700, the combined SAR 1,300 is paid that Thursday.
The weekly threshold is easier to hit than it sounds. About a dozen sales of a SAR 115 product, after fees, gets you there.

What noon deducts before it pays you
Noon doesn't send you an invoice for its fees. It takes them straight out of your sales, so what you receive is already the net amount.
These are the lines you'll see on a typical statement:
- Commission (referral fee). About 14–15% on most products, charged on the VAT-inclusive price.
- FBN outbound fee. If noon ships for you, about SAR/AED 8–10 per small parcel.
- Storage. SAR 2.75 or AED 1.75 per cubic foot per month for stock in noon's warehouses.
- Ads. Your noon ads invoice is deducted from weekly sales, so the amount due should normally be zero.
- VAT on noon's fees. 15% in Saudi Arabia and 5% in the UAE, which VAT-registered sellers reclaim.
- Returns. The value of refunded orders, plus a return admin fee on seller-caused returns.
- Penalties. Warranty (WNTY), retention (RETP) and miscellaneous (MISC) charges, such as fines for wrong or fake items.
Most weeks, only the first four or five lines appear. Penalties are rare for sellers who ship the right item on time.

Reading your noon statement: a worked example
Let's walk through one week in Saudi Arabia.
Say you sell an 800 g home product at SAR 115 (VAT included) through FBN.
In one week, 40 orders are delivered and 2 come back for a change of mind, so no return admin fee applies. You also spent SAR 250 on noon ads and had 20 cubic feet of stock in storage that month.
| Statement line | Calculation | SAR |
|---|---|---|
| Delivered orders | 40 × 115 | 4,600.00 |
| Returns refunded | 2 × 115 | −230.00 |
| Commission (14%) | 38 net units × 16.10 | −611.80 |
| FBN outbound fee | 40 parcels × 10 | −400.00 |
| Storage | 20 cu ft × 2.75 | −55.00 |
| noon ads invoice | this week's spend | −250.00 |
| VAT on noon fees (15%) | 15% × 1,066.80 | −160.02 |
| Net payout | 2,893.18 |
That balance is well over SAR 1,000, so it's paid on Thursday.
Here's the part new sellers forget. SAR 570 of your SAR 4,370 net sales is VAT the shoppers paid. If you're VAT-registered, that goes to ZATCA, minus the SAR 160.02 you reclaim on noon's fees.
So you owe ZATCA SAR 409.98, and your real take-home before product cost is about SAR 2,483.

Cash-on-delivery orders and returns
Cash on delivery (COD) is easy on noon. Noon's couriers collect the cash, and the order joins your statement once it's delivered, exactly like a card order.
That's a big win compared with running COD on your own store. There, couriers usually remit cash weekly or twice a month, net of their fees, and you reconcile every parcel yourself. On noon, that whole job disappears.
Returns work the other way. A refunded order shows up as a negative line on a later statement. In a quiet week after a busy one, returns can pull your balance under SAR/AED 1,000 and push that week into the monthly payment.
FBN returns of branded goods are also covered by noon's Seller Protection Fund when they come back in poor condition. The noon returns guide explains the grades and payouts.
Bank details and currency
Noon pays into a bank account in your company's legal name. Personal accounts are rejected, and the name has to match your licence exactly.
When you set up your legal entity in Seller Lab, you'll add:
- Your IBAN and the bank name for a company account.
- Proof of the account: a cancelled cheque, a stamped bank letter or a recent bank statement.
- For foreign sellers: a Payoneer or LianLian authorisation letter instead of a local account.
Currency follows your store. Saudi stores pay in riyals and UAE stores in dirhams. Global Store and noon Global Shipping sellers are paid in USD.
You can create your entity before the bank account is ready and add the details later. Add them before your first sale, so your first payout isn't held up. The noon seller registration guide covers the documents.
What can delay a noon payout
Most payouts arrive on time, every week. When one doesn't, it's almost always one of these:
If none of these apply, raise a ticket in Seller Lab with the statement date and order numbers. Live chat is fastest for a missing payout line.
Planning your cash flow around noon payouts
Noon's weekly cycle is a real advantage for cash flow. Money from a sale reaches your bank about 2–11 days after delivery, depending on where in the week it lands.
Amazon works differently. It settles your account every 14 days, and the money then takes up to about five business days to reach your bank. On Amazon.ae, you can request a payout once a day with Disburse on Demand.
For a growing seller, that gap is working capital. Say you sell SAR 20,000 a week. Waiting an extra 10 days ties up roughly SAR 29,000 more cash.
A few habits keep your cash flow smooth:
- Get over the weekly threshold fast. Launch with enough stock and ads to pass SAR/AED 1,000 each week.
- Use FBN. Faster delivery means orders reach your statement sooner.
- Set VAT aside weekly. Move the VAT share into a separate account each Thursday.
- Plan big events early. Yellow Friday and Ramadan sales pay out a week or two later, but stock must be paid for upfront.

Notes for Chinese sellers on noon Global Shipping
- You're paid in USD. You set a USD transfer price per unit and receive exactly that after delivery, with no other deductions.
- No Gulf bank account needed. Payouts go by bank transfer or through Payoneer, LianLian, WorldFirst or PingPong.
- PingPong became noon's official payment partner in April 2026. Payouts land in a PingPong virtual account.
- LianLian added USD collection for noon KSA and UAE in 2026, and WorldFirst lets you bind an AED or USD account per site. Convert to CNY inside the provider.
- Add a payment method before you go live. Noon requires it for new Chinese sellers.
The noon Global Shipping guide walks through setup.
Notes for UAE sellers using Global Store
- Saudi sales are paid in USD into your UAE account, not in riyals.
- Prices convert automatically. Noon removes UAE VAT, converts to USD, then to SAR and adds Saudi VAT.
- One FBN warehouse serves both. Stock in noon's Jebel Ali Freezone warehouse ships to UAE and Saudi shoppers.
Notes for other foreign companies
- You'll need a VAT certificate in each country you sell to.
- Payouts go through Payoneer or LianLian, with an authorisation letter carrying your company seal.
- International transfers take 3–5 business days, so plan for an extra few days on top of the weekly cycle.

Frequently asked questions
The clock starts at delivery, not at the order. A delivered order lands on the next Wednesday statement, is paid on Thursday and reaches a local bank 1–2 business days later. Allow 1–2 weeks for your very first payout, because stock has to arrive at the warehouse and sell first.
