Best Influencer Marketing Agencies in the UAE

A UAE influencer agency casts permit-holding creators, books visiting creators on a visitor permit and runs Instagram-led campaigns in English and Arabic. Since 1 February 2026, every creator who advertises from the UAE needs an Advertiser Permit: free for residents for 3 years, then AED 1,000 a year. Below are 6 independently researched agencies serving the UAE.

Key takeaways
  • The UAE is Instagram-led. About 8.05 million people, roughly 71% of the population, are reachable by Instagram ads.
  • Every creator who advertises from inside the UAE needs an Advertiser Permit, paid post or gifted. It's free for residents for the first 3 years, then AED 1,000 a year.
  • Visiting creators need a 3-month visitor permit (AED 500), and only an accredited UAE agency can apply for it.
  • Posting without a permit costs AED 10,000, and AED 40,000 for a repeat. Brands must only book permit holders and sign a written agreement.
  • Format moves the price: stories cost about 40–60% of a feed post, Reels about 1.2–2x, and TikTok runs 20–40% below Instagram.

Dubai has one of the busiest creator scenes in the Middle East. Beauty, fashion, food and travel brands often launch here through a handful of trusted Instagram creators.

That makes the UAE a fast place to test a new brand. Shoppers are wealthy, mobile-first and happy to buy what creators recommend.

Since February 2026, the rules are simple too. Every creator who advertises needs an Advertiser Permit, and visiting creators come in through an accredited agency.

Below you'll find the UAE rules, the platform mix, costs in AED and 6 independently researched agencies. For agency types, fee models and Saudi options, see our main list of influencer marketing agencies in the Middle East.

Do you need an influencer agency in the UAE?

For most foreign brands, yes. A UAE agency knows which creators reach residents rather than tourists, checks every permit and pays creators in AED.

It also handles the parts that eat time. The agency writes English and Arabic briefs, books shoot slots, collects the content for approval and sends one report with reach, clicks and coupon sales.

It depends on who you are:

  • UAE brand with a small budget. You can book a few permit-holding creators yourself. Check each permit number and sign a written agreement.
  • Foreign brand with no UAE entity. An agency signs the creators, handles payments and sends you one report.
  • Brand flying in creators. Visiting creators need a visitor permit, and only an accredited UAE agency can apply for one.

Where are the agencies? Most sit in Dubai, including Tikit, OneHub and Imfluence. Several on our list also run Saudi campaigns from the same office.

Which UAE rules should your agency handle?

UAE rules cover every ad a creator posts from inside the country, whether you pay cash or send free products. Put these jobs in the agency's contract:

  • Resident creators. A valid Advertiser Permit, checked against the official database and current on every posting date.
  • Visiting creators. A visitor permit that the agency applies for and takes legal responsibility for.
  • Sector approvals. Sign-off from the relevant authority for property, health, finance, education or food ads.

Your own duties are short. Book only permit holders, sign a written agreement for every deal and keep it on file.

Timing matters too. The trade licence and awareness training come before the permit, so cast creators who already hold one for anything launching this month.

Fees, fines, expiry rules and the SCA registration for finance creators are in our UAE Advertiser Permit guide.

Which platforms work best in the UAE?

Instagram leads for influencer campaigns, with TikTok close behind. Facebook and YouTube reach more people overall, but they're used more for ads and video than for creator posts.

Here's how agencies usually use each one:

  • Instagram for beauty, fashion, food and luxury, in feed posts, Reels and stories.
  • TikTok for demos and reach at a lower price per post.
  • Snapchat as a top-up. It reaches about 45% of the population, far less than in Saudi Arabia.
  • YouTube for longer reviews of tech and higher-priced products.

What does a UAE influencer campaign cost?

UAE agencies price by format as much as by follower count. Tikit, a Dubai agency, gives these 2026 rules of thumb against an Instagram feed post:

FormatPrice vs one Instagram feed post
Instagram storyAbout 40–60%
Instagram ReelAbout 1.2–2x
TikTok video, same tierAbout 20–40% lower

For per-post rates by creator tier, see our influencer agency pricing guide.

Worked example: a Dubai fashion drop

Say a modest-fashion label books five micro creators with 10k–50k followers. Each charges AED 5,000 for a feed post, inside Tikit's AED 2,000–8,000 range for that tier. Each creator posts one Reel and two stories:

LineCalculationCost (AED)
Reels5 × AED 7,500 (1.5x feed)37,500
Stories10 × AED 2,500 (50% of feed)25,000
Instagram plan62,500
Same plan on TikTok62,500 × 0.7 (30% lower, mid-point of 20–40%)43,750

The TikTok plan saves AED 18,750. Across Tikit's full range, it lands between AED 37,500 and 50,000. A sensible split is Reels for the creators with the best Instagram engagement and TikTok for the rest.

Plan around the UAE calendar

The UAE's biggest shopping weeks stack up at the end of the year, so brief your agency about six weeks ahead. For 11.11 and White Friday, that means booking permit holders this week. For Ramadan 2027, brief by late December:

  1. 11 Nov 2026
    11.11

A marketplace-led sale across the GCC.

  2. ~20–30 Nov 2026
    White Friday

The biggest Q4 sale on Amazon.ae and noon.

  3. 2 Dec 2026
    UAE National Day

    Patriotic creative and family offers.

  4. 4 Dec 2026 – 17 Jan 2027
    Dubai Shopping Festival

Six weeks of city-wide deals that tourists and residents both follow.

  5. ~8 Feb 2027
    Ramadan starts

    Evening viewing and gifting content.

Notes for brands also selling in Saudi Arabia

  • Plan two sets of creators. UAE campaigns lean on Instagram and English. Saudi campaigns lean on Snapchat and Saudi dialect.
  • Check two licences for cross-border posts. A Dubai creator posting to Saudis needs her UAE permit plus a licensed Saudi agency.
  • Compare the Saudi side. See our list of influencer marketing agencies in Saudi Arabia.

Notes for foreign and Chinese brands

  • Brief in English, check in Arabic. An English brief works for most Dubai creators, but have a native writer review any Arabic captions.
  • Use the visitor route for overseas creators. Your agency applies for a 3-month permit, extendable once.
  • Keep stock close. A UAE warehouse lets you ship the day a post goes viral. Compare 3PL and fulfilment companies in the UAE.
