- Dubai studios price three ways: fixed packages, per image by volume, or per studio day.
- Package prices fall from about AED 90 to AED 69 per product as the batch grows from 20 to 80.
- Most Dubai studios deliver in 2–7 business days, depending on the package.
- UAE quotes are usually shown before 5% VAT, so compare totals with VAT added.
- Shoot one modest set with a mixed cast. It works for UAE shoppers and carries over to Saudi Arabia.
Dubai is the easiest place in the Gulf to buy product photos. Studios compete hard, many publish their prices, and most deliver within a week.
That's good news if you sell on Amazon.ae, noon, Namshi or your own Shopify store. You can compare real rate cards before you send a single sample.

Do you need a Dubai studio?
Not always. UAE sellers have more routes than anywhere else in the Gulf, and the right one depends on what you sell.
Here are the main options:
- A full-service studio. Best for models, lifestyle sets, video and big launches. BlueSky, SL Media and Masoud Raoufi all shoot ecommerce sets in Dubai.
- A rented studio. Good if you have a photographer and simple products. You bring the skills, the studio brings the space and lights.
- Shoot yourself, then edit. For accessories and simple goods, a phone shot sent to an editing service can pass marketplace checks.
- A marketplace agency. Widget SPN and Ecomclips bundle images and A+ content with listing work on Amazon.ae and noon. Compare more in our list of marketplace agencies in the UAE.
- A Shopify partner. Ozeefy offers photography alongside store setup, which suits brands launching a Shopify site.
How do Dubai studios price product photography?
Dubai studios use three pricing models. Which one is cheapest depends mostly on how many products you shoot.
| Fixed package | Per image by volume | Studio day or rental | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Example | BlueSky Studio | SL Media, Masoud Raoufi | SL Media day rate, BlueSky rental |
| Best for | A known batch of 20–80 products | Mixed shots and changing catalogues | Big shoots or your own photographer |
| Published price | AED 1,800–5,500 | AED 50–250 per image | AED 320/hour rental; AED 4,000–7,000+ a day |
| Easy to compare | |||
| Watch for | What one "product" includes | What counts as one image | Styling and retouching on top |
Packages get cheaper per product as they grow. Here's how BlueSky's published packages work out:
| Package | Products | Price before VAT | Per product |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 20 | AED 1,800 | AED 90 |
| Standard | 40 | AED 3,200 | AED 80 |
| Premium | 80 | AED 5,500 | About AED 69 |
Per-image studios drop their rates with volume too. SL Media charges AED 150–250 per packshot on small batches. Above 50 SKUs, that falls to AED 50–150.
Worked example: 80 main images for a catalogue launch
Say you're listing 80 home and kitchen SKUs on Amazon.ae and noon. You need one white-background main image per SKU now, and angles later.
The DIY line is 80 Pixelz edits plus one month's subscription. That's US$171, or about AED 628, before your own kit and time.
The package and per-image routes land close together at this size. SL Media's chart bar uses its lowest rate. Tricky products sit at the top of its range, which takes the same 80 SKUs to AED 12,000.
Add 5% VAT to every studio line. BlueSky's Premium package, for example, becomes AED 5,775.
What should you brief a UAE studio?
Brief the channels first. UAE sellers often list on three or four, and each wants different crops.
Put these in the brief:
- noon and Amazon.ae crops. Both want a pure white main image, and noon accepts light grey for fashion. Noon asks for a JPEG at least 660 px wide with the product filling 70–80% of the frame. Copy the rest from our Amazon and noon image spec table and the noon listing optimization guide.
- Namshi and fashion sites. BlueSky says it crops to Namshi ratios on set, so ask other studios for the same.
- Shopify images. Square product images plus wide banners for your homepage.
- English and Arabic text images. UAE shoppers browse in both. Our guide to Arabic vs English in the UAE shows when each matters.
For models, the UAE baseline is multicultural: a mixed cast of Emirati, Arab, South Asian and Western faces. The full rules on modesty and what to leave out are in our guide to cultural localization for the Gulf.
What about lifestyle, video and CGI?
Dubai studios offer much more than white backgrounds. Lifestyle frames, product video and 360 spins are on most rate cards.
Here's what to book, and where:
- Lifestyle shots. Show the product in use in a Dubai home or office. SL Media prices these at AED 180–350 per image.
- Product video. Noon takes an MP4 under two minutes and 8 MB. A 20–30 second clip of the product in use is plenty. BlueSky and SL Media both list product video.
- 360 spins and CGI. SL Media lists both. Our hub explains when AI or CGI can replace a shoot.
Book video and lifestyle in the same session as the packshots. It saves a second studio booking and a second round of sample drop-offs.
How fast do Dubai studios deliver?
Most deliver in under a week. Here's what each studio says it offers:

| Studio | Area | Turnaround (business days) |
|---|---|---|
| BlueSky Studio | Al Quoz | 2–5 days, Premium in 2 |
| SL Media (SkyLight Studio) | Dubai Investment Park | 3–7 days |
| Masoud Raoufi Photography | Business Bay | 3–7 days, by package |
Pick a studio near your 3PL or warehouse to make sample drop-offs easy. If your stock already sits in a Dubai fulfilment centre, ask the 3PL to send samples by courier. Compare 3PL and fulfilment companies in the UAE.

How do you choose a studio in Dubai?
Choose on image count, channel crops and delivery date. Then test before you commit.
- 1
Write one brief
SKU count, shots per SKU, channels, model needs and deadline. Send it to three studios.
- 2
Ask for the image count
Turn every package into a price per image, with 5% VAT added.
- 3
Check channel samples
Ask for live Amazon.ae, noon or Namshi listings the studio has shot.
- 4
Confirm delivery and rights
Get the delivery date, re-edit rounds and a licence for ads and every channel in writing.
- 5
Shoot a test set
Start with 1–3 SKUs and upload them before you book the full catalogue.
Notes for brands also selling in Saudi Arabia
- Shoot one GCC-ready set. Modest styling and Arab faces in the lifestyle shots let you reuse them on Amazon.sa and noon Saudi.
- Add a Saudi day if you need it. For Saudi homes and Saudi models, compare product photography studios in Saudi Arabia.
- Get Salla and Zid crops early. Ask the Dubai studio for them on the same day.
Notes for fashion and beauty brands
- Book ghost mannequin shots. SL Media and Masoud Raoufi both list them for apparel main images.
- Abayas and kanduras have specialists. Masoud Raoufi lists both among its fashion services.
- Budget for jewellery. SL Media's jewellery rate is AED 300–550 per image, because macro and retouching take longer.

Frequently asked questions
Ask for a bulk quote rather than stacking packages. BlueSky Studio says it has a bulk rate above 100 items and sends custom quotes within 24 hours. At that size, quote a per-image studio side by side with a bulk package, with the image count fixed in both.
