Noon Fulfillment Options: FBN, FBP, Supermall and Global Shipping

Noon gives you two main ways to fulfil orders. With FBN, noon stores, packs and delivers your stock. With FBP, you keep the stock and noon collects each order. On top sit Supermall for 45–90 minute delivery, and noon Global Shipping for sellers shipping straight from China.

Key takeaways
  • FBN (Fulfilled by noon) is the default for most sellers: noon stores, packs, delivers and handles returns, and your listings get the noon Express badge.
  • FBP (Fulfilled by Partner) keeps stock in your own warehouse. DirectShip, DirectShip Express and Direct Delivery are its three variants.
  • To use FBN, you create an ASN in Seller Lab, prep and label every unit, then deliver to the noon warehouse it names.
  • FBN storage went up on 1 October 2026, to SAR 2.75 or AED 1.75 per cubic foot a month. Small, frequent inbound batches keep it low.
  • Saudi and UAE FBN stock are separate. Plan an inbound for each country you sell in.

How you fulfil noon orders decides how fast they arrive, how often they win the sale, and how much you keep.

Noon gives you two main options. With FBN (Fulfilled by noon), you send stock to noon's warehouse and noon does the rest. With FBP (Fulfilled by Partner), you keep the stock and noon collects each order from you.

Around those sit Supermall for 45–90 minute delivery, and noon Global Shipping for factories shipping straight from China.

You'll see how each one works, how to get stock into FBN, and what storage costs since the 1 October rise.

What are noon's fulfilment options?

Noon has five ways to get an order to a customer. Most sellers use one or two of them.

You can mix them. Many sellers put best-sellers on FBN and keep bulky or slow items on FBP. The one rule: keep a separate stock pool for each model.

FBN: noon stores and ships for you

FBN is noon's own warehouse service. You send stock in, and noon handles everything after that:

  • Storage. Your units sit in noon's fulfilment centres in Saudi Arabia or the UAE.
  • Picking, packing and delivery. Each order ships in noon packaging, often within 24 hours.
  • Customer service and returns. Noon collects returns, grades them and restocks saleable units.
  • The noon Express badge. Shoppers can filter search to Express items only, and most big deals favour FBN stock.

You pay a per-unit fee when each order is delivered. For a small parcel, it's about SAR/AED 8–10. You also pay monthly storage, which we cover below.

FBN is the easiest start for most new sellers. You skip daily packing, and your listings look like the fast, trusted option. Full fee tables by weight are in our noon seller fees guide.

FBP: you keep the stock

FBP suits sellers who already have a Gulf warehouse, a 3PL, or products too big for FBN. You store and pack. Noon handles the rest of the journey in three ways.

DirectShip

You pack each order and noon's logistics collects it, or you drop it at a noon hub. Orders must be ready by 10:00 for same-day pickup in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

You pay a fee per shipment by weight. In the UAE, a parcel up to 0.25 kg costs AED 14 with pickup. Noon then refunds part of what the customer paid for shipping on orders under AED/SAR 500.

Order noon packaging through Seller Lab about five days before you need it. Fresh and temperature-controlled goods can't use DirectShip.

DirectShip Express

Strong FBP sellers can earn the Express tag without moving stock into FBN. You need at least 30 days of FBP history. You also need 30 or more orders a month.

Your defect, cancellation and late-shipment rates must also stay low. Noon reviews applications in 5–7 business days.

Direct Delivery

Direct Delivery is for bulky or installed goods, such as sofas or washing machines. You deliver with your own team, and noon charges only the commission.

Supermall: delivery in about 45–90 minutes

Supermall is noon's ultra-fast programme. Noon moves selected FBN stock into mini-warehouses close to shoppers, so orders can arrive in about 45–90 minutes.

You don't apply. Noon picks products for it automatically, based on sales, product rating, seller rating and return rate. Space is limited, so it rewards your best performers.

Supermall listings get extra visibility and a boost in the Buy Box (the main "Add to cart" spot). There's no separate Supermall fee. In some categories, such as headphones and mobile accessories, Supermall listings carry a small extra commission, so check your rate in Seller Lab.

So how do you get in? Put your best-sellers on FBN, keep ratings high and returns low.

How do you send stock to FBN?

Getting stock into FBN takes five steps. The first time takes a week or two. After that, it's routine.

  1. 1

    List and approve your products

Your SKUs need to be live in Seller Lab, with the right size and weight entered. Wrong dimensions push you into a pricier fee tier.

  2. 2

Create an ASN in Seller Lab

An ASN (advance shipping notice) tells noon what's coming: which SKUs, how many units and how many cartons. Seller Lab shows the receiving warehouse for each ASN.

  3. 3

    Prep and label every unit

Each unit carries a scannable barcode that matches its SKU. Bag or wrap anything loose, fragile or liquid. See the checklist below.

  4. 4

Ship and deliver to the warehouse

Send the cartons with your forwarder, 3PL or own truck. Many Gulf forwarders book the delivery slot for you, so ask when you get quotes.

  5. 5

    Check the received count

Noon scans the stock in and makes it sellable. Compare the received units with your ASN, and raise any gap in Seller Lab straight away.

Importing from abroad? Foreign brands usually need an importer of record (IOR), a local company that clears goods through customs in its name. Our guide to importer of record services explains the setup.

Prep and labelling: get it right first time

Most inbound delays come from small prep mistakes. A missing barcode or a leaking bottle can hold a whole carton.

Don't want to prep yourself? Noon can polybag units for AED 0.80 each or bubble-wrap them for AED 2 on the UAE rate card. A local 3PL can also prep, label and deliver for you.

Product labels are a separate job from noon barcodes. Many products sold in Saudi Arabia need Arabic labelling, and food needs printed expiry dates. Check the rules in our GCC product labelling guide before you print packaging.

What does FBN storage cost?

Noon charges FBN storage every month, by volume. Since 1 October, it costs SAR 2.75 per cubic foot in Saudi Arabia. In the UAE, it's AED 1.75.

To get a product's volume in cubic feet, multiply length × width × height in centimetres. Then divide by 28,317.

  1. 1 Sep 2025
    New default rate cards

Storage set at SAR 2.50 and AED 1.50 per cubic foot, with long-term fees after 365 days.

  2. 10 Sep 2026
New KSA and UAE rate cards

Updated commissions, plus new Saudi FBN outbound fees for small parcels.

  3. 1 Oct 2026
    Storage goes up

FBN storage rises to SAR 2.75 and AED 1.75 per cubic foot per month.

Three other storage charges are worth knowing:

  • Long-term storage. Stock older than 365 days pays SAR/AED 25 per cubic foot.
  • Non-saleable stock. Damaged or returned units left over 30 days pay SAR/AED 12 per cubic foot.
  • Removals. Getting stock back costs at least 15 per request, plus small per-unit and per-kilo charges. File by the 25th of the month to avoid that month's aged-stock fees.

Worked example: 300 vs 600 tumblers in Riyadh

Say you sell an insulated tumbler on noon Saudi Arabia. The boxed unit is 10 cm square and 28 cm tall. That works out at about 0.099 cubic feet.

That's about SAR 0.27 per unit per month in storage.

You sell 100 a month, and storage is billed on what's on the shelf at the start of each month. Here's the bill for two batch sizes:

PlanUnits sentMonths on shelfTotal storageStorage per unit sold
Small batches3003SAR 163SAR 0.54
One big batch6006SAR 571SAR 0.95

Now split the 600 units into two small batches. Storage then comes to SAR 326, not SAR 571. Each unit in the big batch costs about 75% more to store.

And if sales slow and units pass 365 days on the shelf, each one adds a long-term fee of about SAR 2.47.

Storage is small next to commission, but it's pure waste on stock that doesn't move. Send two or three months of stock at a time, then reorder. Run your full margin in the noon fee calculator.

Which option should you start with?

For most new sellers, start with FBN on 10–20 of your best products. You get the Express badge, the best deal slots and no daily packing.

Add FBP when you have a reason to:

  • Bulky items that cost too much to store, through Direct Delivery or DirectShip.
  • Long-tail products that sell a few units a month.
  • Stock shared with other channels, such as Amazon or your own store, held at a 3PL.

Then let the numbers decide each product. Our FBN vs FBP guide shows where the per-order costs cross over.

Notes for Saudi sellers

  • Saudi FBN fees changed in September. A parcel up to 0.25 kg now costs SAR 9.20 on most items. A 0.5–1 kg parcel costs SAR 10.
  • Storage costs more than in the UAE, so batch sizes matter more.
  • Friday is the logistics holiday. Plan DirectShip packing for Thursday.
  • Removals across cities cost more, at SAR 2 per kg instead of 1.

The full Saudi setup is in our guide to selling on noon Saudi Arabia.

Notes for UAE sellers

  • UAE and Saudi FBN stock are separate. Stock in a UAE warehouse doesn't show to Saudi shoppers on its own.
  • Global Store is the exception. A UAE VAT-registered seller can list into Saudi Arabia from noon's Jebel Ali Freezone warehouse, without a Saudi company.
  • Global Store limits. No items over 40 kg or longer than 120 cm on any side. Each SKU also needs a Saudi HS code (the customs product code).

See how to sell on noon UAE for the rest.

Notes for Chinese sellers

  • noon Global Shipping (NGS) needs only a Chinese business registration. You drop orders at noon's hub in Bao'an, Shenzhen.
  • Noon handles the rest: international freight, customs, duties and delivery across all six GCC countries.
  • Saleable returns become local FBN stock, with free FBN storage for up to 60 days. That's a free head start on local stock.
  • The common path: test on NGS, then ship proven best-sellers by sea into FBN. Our China to Saudi shipping guide covers the freight.

Onboarding is step by step in our noon Global Shipping guide.

Notes for bulky and heavy goods

  • FBN bulky tiers start at SAR/AED 33 per unit for items up to 20 kg, before storage.
  • Storage adds up fast on big boxes. A microwave-sized carton (about 3.4 cubic feet) costs about SAR 9.30 a month in Saudi Arabia.
  • Direct Delivery is usually cheaper for furniture and installed appliances, because you pay only the commission.
  • A local 3PL can run Direct Delivery or DirectShip for you. Compare options in our 3PL and fulfilment directory.

Frequently asked questions

Noon runs fulfilment centres in both Saudi Arabia and the UAE. You don't pick one yourself: when you create an ASN in Seller Lab, noon tells you which warehouse to deliver to. UAE stock for the Global Store programme sits in noon's Jebel Ali Freezone warehouse.
